Our Fully Automatic Gripmatic Rinsers is safe and efficient product of international standard. It has very less need of maintenance and can run continuously for longer period without breakdown.
Technical Specifications:
- Fully automatic rotary type machine
- The body of machine is made of MS which is covered by the SS sheet of 304
- Centralized lubrication
- All water contact parts are made of SS
- Sepenage AC Drive for internal conveyor
- Motor & gearbox used inside is made of Crompton 3HP/Kirloskar and gearbox made of greaves
- Gripmatic is measured by 2630 MM x 2430 MM x 2000 MM
- Speed: 240 BPM
Machine Operation Process:
- The machine has bottle neck griping heads which holds the neck of dirty & empty bottle and revolves the mouth of bottle towards bottom side.
- While the bottle is in the automatic bottle loading position, machine passes the bottle to the washing pockets which is situated symmetrically on its rotary platform
- Bottle enters in washing area where water is sprayed inside and out side the bottle
- At the releasing platform bottle grippers release it to out feed star wheel that conveys the bottles to attached conveyor
- The bottles are automatically received to washing rotation channel.
